Students Against Depression is a website offering advice, information, guidance and resources to those affected by low mood, depression and suicidal thinking.

The Devon rape and sexual abuse helpline offers a listening service for people over 16 years, who have been raped or sexually abused. They also offer support for partners, families and friends. Their lines are open Tuesday to Thursday from 7pm -10pm.

First Light are the lead agency for the Plymouth Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). They acknowledge all forms of sexual violence, irrespective of whether the violence is from known or unknown perpetrators or how long ago the abuse happened.
