Representation & Advice
The Student Union are here to represent your voice. If you ever feel that your voice isn’t being heard, then the Student Union is here to ensure that it is.
The President and Deputy are also Vice-Chairs of the Student Experience Council (SEC) which meets four times a year. Elected Student Representatives also attend this on behalf of their programmes. Ask how you can get involved at the SU office or Student Support (HDC ground floor).
The Student Union is also a place you can go to for advice about anything. The officers within the union have all been students, or currently are, so they have been where you are. They can help sign post you to the relevant areas and staff members on campus, or may even have the answers to your questions themselves.
