Building support structures/armatures for dragon heads

Because papier mâché malleable and heavy while wet, it needs to be supported by a structure otherwise it will not hold its shape or even collapse. Ideal materials for this are corrugated card, manila card, wire, junk & masking tape. The following dragon heads are students' work and wire would need to be taped on to reinforce some of the card before adding the papier mâché. Your dragon heads will be smaller as you are creating the whole dragon e.g. body, legs, wings and head.
