    Anyone can be affected by an eating disorder. If you are worried about your eating habits please contact your GP.  Below are some helplines you can call if you need support.



    B-eat is the UK's leading charity supporting anyone who is affected by eating disorders or struggling with food, weight and body shape. B-eat provide information, support and encouragement to seek treatment and recovery for people of all ages in a range of ways including over the phone or online. Opening hours:

    Men Get Eating Disorders Too

    Men Get Eating Disorders Too is a charity that seeks to raise awareness of eating disorders in men and to support sufferers, carers and their families. They offer a live chat at various times, please see the website homepage.


    The Zone

    The Zone offers a range of information, advice, counselling and support services to 13 - 25 year olds. They run a Drop In service 6 days a week.
